I also work in the industry and have been dealing with Elaine in a chain. I have to say despite the chain at times being challenging, Elaine was fantastic with regular updates pretty much on day to day basis up to exchange. Also dealt with Andrew if Elaine was off. He also was very good with communication and very helpful. A credit to the industry . Would highly recommend. I have never left a review for a fellow Estate agent but really felt this was most deserved.

We dealt with Andrew W. At Savills for the purchase of our property in Mortlake. From the first contact with him and with his colleague Charlotte we felt we were dealing with professionals who excelled at their job. Andrew helped us secure A deal on the property we currently live in. He has remained very supportive and professional throughout the process. He proved to be a good mediator between ourselves and the vendors; and was able to give us some recommendations on compromises to help address the bumpy situations we encountered. During our property search we have dealt with the largest agency in Barnes/Mortlake and the difference between Savills and its competitor was noticeable. We had the impression and ultimately the proof that Savills is a well established business with high standards collaborators. We would recommend their services without hesitation since we’ll certainly use them again in the future.

The experience was excellent. Charlotte was very supportive, even though it was not an easy situation. She was a great mediator. Everybody in the branch is very professional and they go the extra mile to help. The Sheen office has been excellent and it has been a pleasure to deal with them, particularly Charlotte Paton and latterly, following her departure on maternity leave, her colleague, Andrew. It was not always easy for them as the vendors were executors and their solicitors who were handling everything were difficult to contact. We contacted several local agents whilst seeking a property and Savills were by far the most helpful.

I used Savills to sell my flat in Earlsfield. They got me a better offer than other estate agents told me my flat was worth. But I would particularly like to highlight the help and support I got from Sophie, now running the East Sheen branch. It was not a straightforward sale and I was by no means a straightforward seller and I cannot thank her enough for her reassurance, advice and just endless support and patience through an emotional and difficult sale. I felt she had my back and showed real empathy. But she was also balanced and was good at putting forward the case of the buyer too. When the buyer’s solicitors started raising loads of unnecessary issues, Sophie leaned in and helped unblock a sale that looked stuck. And ultimately she was just nice and friendly to deal with. Would absolutely recommend her (as she was recommended to me).
