I'd just like to thank the team at Hackney Currells (now Savilles I think) who have done such a great job for us. Throughout the process our main point of contact Thomas Jones kept us updated, worked with us to make sure viewings were at appropriate times (we have a very young daughter who needs her naps!) and ensured buyers understood the full of benefits and value of the property we were selling - and did so with a professionalism and friendliness that eased what can sometimes be a stressful process (i.e. Lots of people coming to look round your flat and decide if they like it! :) So we'd like to say a huge thanks to Thomas and the team (and Gracie over in Islington!) for everything they've done for us this year. We've had a positive experience with one agent in particular, Nahida Hussain. We were off to a bit of a rocky start with a number of issues with the flat (many of which were due to the previous tenants), with 2 contacts that didn't make any tangible progress in approximately 3 months (including on certain higher priority issues including non working appliances). Nahida ensured most issues were resolved within a couple of weeks of her taking on our flat, and is working to close the last couple. We feel like we have finally been given the service we were promised originally. Thank you Nahida.

I have been renting a property through Savills Hackney for the past year, and have found the whole end-to-end experience not only professional, but truly such a pleasure. The agent I had worked with, Anthony, was not only was very communicative, but very trustworthy, personable and just an all around joy to work with. My property manager, Katy, has also been a clear communicator, kind, proactive, and so easy to work with as well. Having worked with other letting agencies around London in the past, I can say that others pale by comparison to my experience with Savills. I highly recommend!
