Joey-Lee Ata from Savills was a tremendous help in getting the purchase of my flat completed on time. He was very reliable and proactive when it came to viewings, re-viewing the property before putting in an offer, coming to take measurements and liaising for further information on the flat with the seller. The only unforeseen part of the purchase was the service charge being marketed incorrectly on the website to what it actually ended up being (~£1000 difference). Everything was coordinated very smoothly - great experience overall!

Wonderful experience working with the Savills Hackney team with the viewing and purchasing of flat. Megan is warm, hard-working, accommodating and understanding. She went out of her way to track down the various parties involved, came out on weekends to show us the property, and always followed up to make sure that thing were track. Megan was extremely helpul throughout our purchasing process from start to finish - from allowing us to view the property on multiple occasions to being on hand to deal with our many queries and smoothly aiding the negotiation and purchasing processes as well. She was fast in responding, professional and helpful and we felt supported throughout. On top of this she briefed Jen well so that when Megan was off on annual leave Jen was able to step in and get us across the line in a seemless transition. I would highly reccommend both Savills and Megan (and Jen too). Megan also gave us a candle as a gift for our new flat which was a lovely personal touch.

We bought a house in Hackney through Jen Holmes. We found Jen when viewing a property that wasn't right for us and she then shared off market details with us on another property. It was a tough process with a very inflexible vendor but against the odds, Jen managed to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat on several occasions, keeping everything on track where others wouldn't have been able to. She was the voice of reason and pragmatism throughout the process. Moving house is stressful enough as it is and having the right partners makes all the difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jen and Savills Hackney.

Anthony provided an outstanding service each time - he was friendly, detail-oriented, responsive and extremely accommodating. Any apartment viewing was an absolute pleasure, and Anthony made sure that, once we had found the perfect property, the negotiation and contracting phase was as quick and painless as possible. I have lived in London for 11 years and lived in 5 different apartments, and can say with confidence that Anthony is the absolute best. Working with Savills was a godsend. Megan was extremely professional at all times especially through some of the very tricky stages. She was able to work with everyone from the solicitors, buyers and the housing association, not an easy task. I felt really taken care of and was given good advice at every stage. Laura and Jen did a fantastic job helping us sell our flat in Hoxton. We met Jen initially for the valuation and she was warm, friendly, clearly knew the area and the building and provided us with a solid valuation with firm confidence that she could obtain the price. When it came to viewings, Laura and Jen had a great book of clients which meant that we had relevant potential purchasers and received great interest and a large number of offers - we were also given regular updates and text messages when viewings were complete so that we knew when we could head back home! There were times when we weren't sure which buyer to proceed with and Laura and Jen gave honest, clear and sensible suggestions that allowed us to make decisions we were comfortable with. Ultimately we proceeded with one of Laura's clients as a buyer and Laura then took over the process and was hands-on, provided regular updates, was responsive and professional and we were really pleased with the service and support we received. I really felt that Savills Hackney understood the clientele we were looking to attract and had a book of prospective purchasers that maximised the interest in our property and I do not think any other agency could compete with the offering that Laura, Jen and the Savills team could provide. Specifically Anthony from the Victoria Park branch went out of his way to help and continues to show exceptional customer service! The process through the letting hub was quick and easy and there was always someone on hand to help if needed. The only real thing that I could say that would have made the experience better would be if agent’s could look to do some kind of deal with the private parking companies outside of blocks of flats to offer movers a free/discounted parking permit for a few hrs as moving in/out in 30 mins parked in a loading bay to avoid getting a ticket is virtually impossible! Just a suggestion for the future!! Thank you Anthony and Savills
