GoogleDuncan contacted our furnishing company, TPS Furnishings, as Savills had been asked to sell a lovely mews house which he felt would benefit not only from being spruced up decoratively, but also from being furnished. On Duncan's advice to the client, we touched up the paintwork & grouting, sorted out any problems within the house and gave it a thorough clean. We then furnished the majority of the house so that it looked like a happy home where buyers could imagine themselves living. The result is Savills’ client has subsequently benefited from Duncan’s wealth of experience of what is needed to sell a property in this difficult market and within two months of launching the house to the sales market it had an acceptable offer which has now exchanged contracts.
