GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Isla. She was exceptionally friendly and professional. She did everything and more to ensure that I was as able to purchase the house I wanted. There were a number of delays on my side, however, Isla kept the seller informed to allow for a smooth process. Really appreciate the hard work put it.

GoogleEuan and his team were superb. Isla in particular was a pleasure to deal with. She was extremely professional, approachable and efficient. Isla communicated clearly with us as sellers and went out of her way to be helpful to us which was much appreciated as we tried to sell our flat with a toddler at home!

GoogleBrilliant service! My wife and I worked with Amy in the lettings team who was 'head and shoulders' better than all the other letting agents we had been working with. We where under considerable time pressure to move due to a house sale. The property we wanted to rent had a land lord based in New Zealand. In order to facilitate the rental contract quickly Amy was taking calls and emails from the land lord at 3/4am every night on her holiday to assist us! I would highly recommend using Amy as she was polite, efficient and understanding of our time pressures. I have no doubt we would be homeless now without her hard work!!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleDaniel arranged everything initially for us, very efficiently with a very nice brochure for the flat. Harry took over the viewings and kept us updated of prospective clients brilliantly. He also communicated very well between our buyer, their solicitor, our solicitor and ourselves and nothing fell between the cracks, all the way through to completion. GoogleSavills did a fantastic job selling my mews house at a tricky time. While first impressions might be that they are a bit posh and vacant my experience was that Duncan Petrie was incredibly hard working and tenacious and always on top of the details. I learned a lot from his knowledge of the mews and wider property market and from his top notch negotiating skills. The whole office was a pleasure to deal with and I would use them and particularly Duncan again without hesitation.

GoogleThe support throughout my renting time was horrible, responses were delayed, the dedicated person was out of office every second week and the overall attitude wasn’t helpful. Many things got broken in the flat (boiler, washing machine) and took ages to change them. After leaving the apartment 1.5 months ago I still didn’t get my deposit back.. Simply bad service.
