GoogleThe absolute worst property management agency in London. They’re lazy and incompetent. I had a terrible experience moving into a flat due to the laziness of their employees. They’ve cost me a lot of money and wasted my precious time. I would suggest researching and finding a professional property agency because moving is already a stressful process. It does not help when dealing with completely imbeciles. I also had a similarly difficult experience when moving out and ending my tenancy. There are so many hidden fees involved that they never mention. The employees are the absolute worst to deal with at Savills. They won’t lift a finger for their customers.

GoogleStuart is an absolute professional who went well beyond the normal realms of customer service throughout the process with Savills, and in very difficult circumstances. Stuart puts the solicitors to shame and was by far and away the most competent person I have dealt with throughout the process. Definitely recommend.

GoogleShocking delays on getting a deposit back, despite confirming deductions with our landlord one month ago. Given the runaround on tech issues, backlog, etc. Never ends. Would expect this of a one off estate agent, but not a place like Savills.

GoogleCould not recommend enough! Charlotte was brilliant, helped us find the perfect property for us as we grow our family. She struck a healthy balance and mediated between us (tenants) and landlord to get to an agreement we are both happy with. She was also lovely to work with, thoughtful, smart and just great at her job.
