Amanda produced a masterful performance to get the best possible outcome from the sale of my investment property. Amanda brought every element of her experience maturity and tactical nous to the table in order to achieve this result. As we went through execution and we encountered no real issues for the borrower/property Amanda was always calm, consistent and strategic, never losing sight of the ultimate prize. Do yourself a favor: don’t rent from them. Flat 12, 19-21 Lexham Gardens with Theresa Nagle. The toilet broke four times in a year and a half. On the last time, we had to use a bucket for a week. We had an electricity outage during a whole weekend, never sent someone over. The roof got damaged because of some repairs, and we had an active leak in two rooms for days. The agency asked us to host the insurance viewings etc, took the money and never repaired anything. The fire alarm was on for TWO DAYS non stop. Cherry on top: now they are asking 700£ in deductions from deposit for: - Chair and table removal and disposal- £100 - Dishwasher tarnish contribution- £100 - Heavy scuffs, marks and chips throughout the property - £500 a small contribution as the property was freshly painted prior to your move in.
