GoogleWe worked with Sophie B. and she did a fantastic job. She was proactive and responded promptly to any of our questions and requests. Even though she was technically working for the landlord, she took a true interest in our (renters) needs and helped solve issues so that we would be happy with the outcome (which we are!). From the very beginning, we felt well accommodated and in good hands with her. She took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, making what can often be a stressful experience feel efficient and easy. Her communication was prompt and clear, and she efficiently liaised with the landlord on our behalf. Verity truly went out of her way to assist us with contacts and ensure everything ran smoothly. We are very pleased with the service and can highly recommend her and the Savills agency without hesitation.
