GoogleI rented a flat through Savills last year (and have just moved out of the property). The team (Suze and Fiona) were very helpful throughout the entire tenancy. Any issues were dealt with very promptly and they were both very efficient during the referencing process and in getting my deposit returned back to me. I've been renting in London for over a decade now and this was by far the smoothest rental I've ever had. Would highly recommend!

GoogleRoderick is always helpful and kind person. He always accepted any request pleasantly even after settling down. Because We just moved to London and there were lots of things we don't know. We are very glatful for his help. The service from start to finish was smooth with no issues. The staff at Savills also welcomed us. Now We have lived a grate flate with non stress. I highly recommend their property to anyone renting out!

GoogleSuze Mendonca was amaizing. She made an enormous effort to try and help me find a suitable property, was always avaliable and very understanding. Despite me finding a property elsewhere she was one of the few agents that was not pushy at all and really paid attention to our conversations and my wants. I would highly recommend her and she will be my first stop if I look for a new property in the future.

GoogleI was looking to rent a flat in London last month, found some properties on their website, and I tried to contact them to arrange viewings. I called and left phone messages, sent emails, had a chat with a bot on the website and nothing. I was being told several times they're going to contact me. They didn't reply to any email and didn't return any of my calls. What a terrible customer service. Unacceptable and unprofessional.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
