Top-tier service from start to finish! I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team here. Once Suze and Niamh worked their magic helping me get moved in, Amari, the property manager, stepped in to make sure I settled into my new apartment perfectly. Since I was moving from another country, I was completely in the dark about how bills and utilities work here in the UK. Amari was a total lifesaver. She walked me through exactly which bills were included and which ones I needed to handle, and she provided a super detailed inventory list (complete with photos!) so everything was crystal clear. She even pointed me exactly where I needed to sign up for everything, which took so much weight off my shoulders. The real MVP moment, though, was when we had an issue with the internet. Amari worked tirelessly, coordinating between the landlord and the provider until it was sorted. I didn’t have to stress about a thing; I literally just had to show up with my bags. To whoever Amari’s boss is: give her a raise!

Alice Burch did a tremendous job navigating the sale of my flat in St Georges Square. It was a long drawn out process and I live in the other side of the world ( NZ) so I was of very limited practical use ! Alice went above and beyond and organised all sorts including asbestos and fire reports to try to expedite the process. She displayed extreme patience with a novice buyer who needed quite a bit of “ hand holding “ and she liased with the property managers … which required quite a bit of diplomacy as they did not get the listing. Alice is also a great communicator and would respond quickly to my emails which was very helpful as they were generally in the middle of the night for me ! Extremely unprofessional and nasty bunch - sales team. 1st estate agent I worked with Belle Hindle, couldn't even spell my email right. Turned up fo viewings dressed unprofessionally. Could not answer me basic questions and it was clear she knew nothing about the property we were viewing. Wouldn't trust her with a potted plant let alone helping me buy a property. 2nd agent - Turned up instead of Ms Hindle at a 2nd viewing without my knowledge or agreement. Dropped her bag contents everywhere and made snide and bitchy remarks at my partner and I, expected me to show her the way around the property I was viewing, which was funny. Literally drove me away from putting in an offer, also did not know basic answers like leasehold type, and looked like she was drunk or intoxicated. Weirdest viewing I have been on. I tried to get in touch with the team at Savills but they don't answer the phone or have a contact email online. Funny thing is they keep sending spam letters to my property, kindly stop wasting paper because no one in my buidling will touch you with a barge pole. Stay away from these weirdos!!!
