GoogleAlex and Caroline are a professional team. Polite, good natured, courteous, straightforward and fun, it was obvious they were perfect to take on the project, to sell our late cousin’s house and garden. Savills' varied portfolio suited the Victorian property with its original layout and features but in need of a total overhaul. Alex and Caroline’s advice to leave the house ‘honest’ was perfect. Another important matter was the house had a lodger, who felt respected and so was happy to make himself available or scarce during a particularly tricky time; hence the good atmosphere was maintained whilst he critically kept the house occupied. It was good for him to know who was coming round with potential clients and he never had any surprises and for me, to know the pair grew to know the house well. During the process of the sale, I was kept updated and the entire project was managed perfectly. Thankyou Alex especially, who in this case dealt with tying up the details. It has been an enormous pleasure to work with Caroline and Alex and I could not more highly, recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism
