GoogleExcellent, professional, thoughtful, always ready to help and advise and welcoming even when one just wanted to rest or chat! I’m would thoroughly recommend the Barnes office to anyone who is looking to buy, sell or rent. Marcus Browne who was my main port of call, was brilliant, always charming and helpful. The rest of the team were also very good. Savills made selling my property a good deal easier than expected and helped me achieve a good price in the current market.

GoogleWe appointed Savills as sole agents to sell our house in Barnes, SW London - to downsize to a smaller property in the area. They were very professional and attentive throughout the project, clear market knowledge, understanding our needs, timing of the sale and general efficiency. We of course wanted to maximise the sale value, but to attract good interest from the start we knew the importance of not over-pricing - in this, and at all other stages, Savills' approach was in tune with ours. As well as securing an early sale at a record value for our location, the firm also found us a house to buy that matched our criteria for location, character size and the potential to create the future home that we wanted. Savills were great and we’re very happy to recommend their Barnes office.
