Just bought a house with Alex. She was superb throughout. The house is a bit of a project and between exchange and completion I had to arrange multiple trips for engineers, surveyors, builders etc. None of this was ever a problem for Alex - she was always willing and able to accomodate us, even on short notice. For sure, if we choose to sell on in the near future, I will be calling Alex.

As well as selling our own quirky property, Jasper at Savills actually found the house we wanted and bought, despite the fact that it was not in Savill’s portfolio. There were many dramas that occurred throughout the process of selling but Jasper was the voice of calm, always available, always knew what to do, always professional yet always supportive and friendly. Blake Ellis at Savills in Barnes was the perfect estate agent in our quest for a long term let. We had had trouble finding someone who would even talk with us, possibly because we were starting in the U.S. and attempting to find something long term for our daughter who got a work visa in the U.K. Blake answered nearly immediately every email we sent, responded helpfully to all our questions, and in general provided the kind of respectful and informative guidance we all look for in a professional. He helped us work with the landlords to come to a contract, worked with our timing requirements, and got us in to a lovely flat when we’d kind of despaired of being able to find anything.
