GoogleCurrell tried to rip us off with a locksmith fee in our deposit claiming that we have sent them the wrong key for the new lock to our apartment door. After going back and forth with them for months, they dropped the fee once we collected all the evidences against them that we have sent the correct key. We are disappointed in the services we received, especially our property agent Gary Isaac, who's clearly been not honest on this matter.

GoogleI’m shocked with the positive reviews here. I believe that someone is gaming the system and I wouldn’t be surprised coming from Currell. I was a tenant for 2 years and I just had troubles with them. From not showing all the defects of the flat at viewing stage (including a huge portion of the wooden floor rotten which was covered with boxes), to checking in with a broken fridge that took months to repair, and an awful check out process where they tried everything to claim as much deposit as possible. My suggestion to any tenants: record and report EVERYTHING by email and with photos as soon as you have problems. These will come in handy.

GoogleAfter about a year of viewing properties with different agencies, it was a relief to be helped by the direct and straightforward assistance of Currell. The agent I've had the the most contact with, Sabrina, has been a friendly point of contact, very helpful in guiding me through the process of making an offer, and prompt with following up on any queries. For the area, I would definitely recommend this agency as having good knowledge of particular pockets and their value.

GoogleAbsolutely the rudest people. Booked a viewing 2 weeks ago, nobody there when we arrived, after calling the office they realised they’d forgotten and instead of a simple apology I was put through to someone unbelievably rude - not one word of apology and just yelling that it didn’t matter that they’d booked it in because I wasn’t his particular client, wouldn’t let me speak at all. Truly heinous experience.
