GooglePhoebe was an absolute delight to work with- we rented this flat virtually and she was great throughout the entire process. We’ve been here for 3 days and it’s already clear they have a great setup for property management requests- very professional team. Highly recommend.

GoogleWorst lettings and property management agent. Firstly, they released keys to a completely unprepared house, having neglected/"forgotten" about all fixes agreed in writing with the landlord in the contract, and then took several months to fully fix everything. Even though we had paid 6 months in advance... Secondly, after all this and after chasing them for 3 months, we are having a major issue with a pipe leak causing a wall to be ready to collapse in the house (which was there since a while and they knew about before we moved in) and they have taken 3 months to do the bare minimum, require extreme chasing by emails to which they do not reply. Completely negligent and incompetent.

GoogleWhile Sandfords has always found me good tenants in a timely manner, being myself something of a micromanager as a landlord I've noted an even better attention to detail by their property management team in the last couple of years and recommend them unreservedly.

GoogleI would stay away. We were working with the Letting Agent, Freddie, during our search in late 2020/early 2021. At first he seemed very interested in helping us find a suitable home for our family. After a long and tedious search, a wonderful rental came-up which he informed us about straight away. We weren’t able to see the home for 3 weeks because the tenant wasn’t allowing visitors. Freddie promised us we’d be the first appointment on the first viewing day. Anxiously waiting, we checked-in with him and vice versa. On the final Friday he told us we would see the home first thing Monday morning. When Monday morning arrived, we didn’t hear anything from Freddie which we thought was strange. We called and he then told us an offer was made over the weekend. We were shocked and asked him why did he not guide us to put in an offer straight away, especially since this particular home was very competitive? We honestly thought we had to wait for the viewing day. And why didn’t he call us as soon as an offer was made? Too late, house was gone. We were devastated. It would have been the perfect home and area for us. He told us it wasn’t “malicious”. I don’t know if it was maliciousness, apathy, selfishness, incompetence or maybe it was a combination of all four. But we never experienced this level of carelessness from a realtor before. Stay away as they only care about themselves and are highly untrustworthy.NegativeValue

GoogleExcellent! Can’t rate Sanfords highly enough. The entire process from first meeting Billy at the property, making an offer, to moving in was seamless. Mark, a Director also took a personal interest and gave me good advice. . No hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleWe were met by Joe, who was very friendly and welcoming, and most importantly trustworthy and professional. This made me feel very good about Sandfords as a real estate company.
