We have worked with several letting agents in London, but Sandfords Regents Park especially James Noakes has truly stood out as exceptional Their team is extremely responsive, attentive to every detail, and very professional in coordinating with both tenants and landlords. I would not recommend the services of the letting team at Standfords. I dealt with Sinead and Shanara specifically and their unprofessionalism and the manner in which they treated their paying customers was quite frankly, shocking. The apartment I was living in needed several repairs done to the bathroom which I flagged several times, I only got offered appointments during my working hours and being self employed would mean I’d have to sacrifice income, to resolve a problem for a service I was paying for. As a result the several issues were simply never resolved. The way verbal and email correspondence was conducted was nearly always rude and condescending. And then to make matters worse I had to chase them for my tenancy deposit for the best part of 3 months before agreeing to excruciatingly high deductions for problems I didn’t cause or make any worse. I accepted this in the end as I just wanted the process to be done with. Never had a problem with any other real estate and I’ve rented for the past 15 years. Avoid at all costs, as from my experience I did not feel valued at all as a paying customer.

Hi there, I used Sandfords Regents Park in May 2021 to sell my flat in Marylebone, and worked with Mark Nash specifically, I initially interviewed Mark and found he was honest about price expectations. I foolishly chose to go with another agent, as I was sold on the price this other agent assured me they could achieve. That relationship fell apart when the other agent asked me to drop my asking price by £100k only 3 weeks after listing with them. I called Mark and asked him to take over (incl. getting my existing tenants back on side for showings). Mark found us a seller within 4 weeks and in the price range he initially suggested. He guided us through the selling process so we closed within 3 months of offer. I can't thank him and Sandfords enough!

I’ve dealt with Sandfords when I needed an agent to help me find the right place on spot in London. Among all the properties on the market, they helped me take the property I’m in at the moment, and I wouldn’t ask for any more. I even trusted them and rented the property online and haven’t had the chance to see it in person before renting the property, but they sent me videos of the property and explained each and everything I needed to know, and they were, indeed, completely honest with me. They were cooperative, professional, understanding, honest, kind, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second recommending them to anyone. They’re absolutely on top of the list. I wouldn’t go through the hassle again and deal with any other advertised real estate agency, but would straight away contact Sandfords, especially Phoebe and Sinead.
