Disgraceful company, hide behind parking management firm who are fining a disabled tenant of theirs £100 a day for parking in a disabled visitor bay of which there are 8 because the space she is allocated with her property does not allow her the space to get in and out of her vehicle. This company or more-so its directors will not make the necessary adjustments under the equality act to allow this wheelchair user to park in a space that she can get in and out of. Disgraceful people with no Empathy!

We've met with Tracey from Mackay's at a couple of properties on our long search for our next home. The best agent we've viewed with in East Herts! She has made our experience really enjoyable, it's a pleasure to be shown around by Tracey, she really knows her stuff about each property, owner and area. She is also welcoming and accommodating of our baby who attends viewings with us, which makes a huge difference for us. In the nicest possible way -- we hope we see less of Tracey... when she finds us our dream home ;) I hope to update this review to say so one day soon.

My partner and I met with Tracey and we couldn't have had a nicer person showing us the property. Before we had arrived at the viewing Tracey had called to ensure we had no issues finding the address and we were met with a warm welcome when we got there. Not only was Tracey personable and informed on the property itself but also on the surrounding area, giving lots of great tips and advice! We then went to Mackay Property's office itself and were greeted with even more friendly and helpful members of staff. Michael who was looking after the sale of the property called later that afternoon, updating us on our offer very quickly. We're sure the rest of the process will continue to be as nice and easy as how it's started!
