GoogleI would highly recommend Rigby and Marchant. Keith secured 2 good offers on my house and was extremely professional all the way to completion. He was calm , communicative and can I say “old school” in his approach, ie completely trustworthy and gave good advice to myself, and I’m sure the buyers, throughout.

We worked with Fraser Clark on letting our property. Fraser and the team have been amazing, going above and beyond and have found us a tenant very quickly, and at the price we were wanting. They know the market really well, and have been a pleasure to work with (not something we've found with estate agents in the past). Would highly recommend if you are looking to sell or let a property in the Notting Hill area. We will 100% use them again on any future lets or sales as they not only know their stuff, but made the process seamless from start to finish.

GoogleThis team are the complete package; they accurately assessed the market in the value placed on our house and sold for precisely what we agreed we would be happy with accepting. Their price was 10% to 15% higher than the asking price their rival agents recommended and their fee was a whole 1% cheaper so we won both ways. They are both attentive and knowledgeable, remaining calm throughout the entire process. We could not fault their service nor delivery. Appointing Rigby and Marchant was the best decision we could have made and we are delighted we did.

We received Impecable service from our agent Fraser who was Always professional and offered good advice on marketing and was very helpful during the sale process. Offered innovative ideas about generating additional interest in the property, and genuinely offered something different. Fraser knew the market and knew who would be right for our property. He filtered out the time wasters and we got the sale agreed at a good price
