Fraser did a great job selling my house in Kilburn. He clearly explained the process and marketing options to achieve my target price and schedule. We achieved several offers quickly, and he carefully shepherded the sale through to exchange and completion, with just the right amount of chasing things at the right moments. This was at a particularly difficult time for mortgages following the infamous Sept 2022 mini-budget. He was one of only a few agents I spoke to who gave me confidence he knew what he was doing, and would have both the expertise and the personal touch. I went with Rigby and Marchant over the alternatives because Fraser is a decent, trustworthy person who wants the best result for everyone involved. Also shown in the quality of the people he works with, special mention for the excellent floor planner/photographer. Highly recommended.

Fraser has recommended us reliable contacts for broker and conveyancer, and as a result of the fast turnaround time, we've locked in the best interest rate we could possibly get after the mini budget. They are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. I had great difficulty in selling my flat and went through a few years of going through the big estate agents with no luck. I was going to give up and then I was contacted by Keith Rigby, I hadn't heard of them but by that point I thought why not, no one else has had any luck. Within an incredibly short amount of time they had an offer on my property, Keith went above and beyond to make sure it was smooth sailing throughout the process for both myself and the buyer.
