GoogleMy fiancee and I have stayed at Hamlet Gardens for the past 6 months while post flood refurbishment works have been carried out on our Hammersmith Flat. The flat was very comfortable modern and clean - all the appliances worked great. The biggest bonus was the support of Paul and Danielle the management team they really looked after their residents and any problems were speedily and correctly dealt with. Highly recommended

GoogleSo if you want to meat rude staff this is the right place, and of course they won’t have any respect to either families or individuals and no matter what you say or what you do. Earlier today, we went for a viewing and we booked an appointment at the place where we supposed to meet and see the flat. However, there was this guy Gary; when we first arrived at the reception and before we even talk, he started shouting and yelling at us telling us “appointments are no joke!” Although we came early! And then he mixed us up with other people then kept shouting and raising his voice rudely at me and my family. I do not know what was wrong with him but I do know he was the most impolite person I have ever met.

There was a misunderstanding as you rightly point out with another potential tenant for the popular flat inside this sought-after building. It is clear, however, that the high standards that we set our Building Managers in customer service fell short on this occasion for which we apologise. We do not have contact details for you as we do not hold data from non-customer tenants, however, if you wish to view another flat with us then I will personally handle the viewing, these are my contact details. Stuart Birke Head of Lettings stuart@residentialland.com I understand the reception caretaker offered to show you the flat concerned in place of the manager, but you refused and left which under the circumstances we appreciate may have been the best option. The Manager apologies for his stressful retort and his confusion over who you were. GoogleI had been staying at Garden House for 2 years and I can’t express how much I’ve enjoyed my time there. Liliana and all other staff are always very friendly and helpful. They would help me with deliveries and carry heavy boxes upstairs for me. I never have to worry if I need to go outside a delivery is due. The building and elevator are cleaned daily and each flat is well maintained. If any repairs were requested, the engineers/ constructors always arrive within 1 day. It’s truly one of the best properties to stay in Bayswater.

GoogleGary the apartment building manager his service had been excellent always just one phone call away for anything. The front desk staff always give a welcome greeting and very helpful. I have lived in 4 B Merchant Square apartments for 6.5 years. All I can say is that my stay has been absolutely fabulous, my apartment just beautiful and centrally located, public transport, local shops, Oxford street and Knightsbridge at my doorstep!! Highly recommended if you’re looking for stay, definitely contact Gary!!

GoogleMy wife and I stayed at Hamlet Gardens for 5 months and were very impressed with the service and the quality of the flat. The location is perfect with so many great cafes and restaurants close by and an awesome park just around the corner. The management were always great to deal with; Monique in particular was a great help, always extremely friendly and quick to respond.

GoogleMe and my family made the best decision when we move in. The apartment is spacious, new and has a amazing finishes. Very well located, 2 min from the Ravenscourt Park, 10 min from Thames River, 5 min from the the best Shops, 1 min from 2 supermarkets Its everything we could wish for! The managed 24h building make life much easier! Anything you need just ask and they come ASAP! We feel home. 🏡 🌈

GoogleResidential Land has been a very good landlord, I have been their tenant for nearly 12 months now and just signed my tenancy renewal. I have had a good experience with them so far and all maintenance queries have been dealt with efficiently. My point of contact and who manages my tenancy is Sasha, she has been really helpful and worked hard to get things done, even when we had maintenance issues over the weekend. I have had other landlords in the past and Residential land is a professional landlord, they seem to do things by the book which is what I need. I would highly recommend them to any prospective tenants

GoogleWe have rented Luke House for almost 5 months and we have never regretted it. The place was strategically located in the center of Westminster. There are 3 tube stations within 10 min walk and bus stations right outside. Just a few min walk to Westminster abbey. Thanks a lot to building manager Gary who has been a tremendous help to us. He is patient to listen to our needs despite he is very busy. I think he is an excellent building manager.
