GoogleI’m very impressed with the service provided by Reside. They made my journey as a first-time buyer exceptionally smooth. I really appreciated their personal approach as an independent local agency, and the fact that they didn’t bombard me with offers for solicitors or additional services during the purchase. My consultant was Syed Ali, who was fantastic throughout, and Alina was always helpful whenever Syed was unavailable. Highly recommended.

Googlevery helpful and knowledgeable team of no-nonsense staff. they explained anything i found confusing in to easy to understand language and their reply time was so speedy! never had to chase anything and everyone was super kind. Special shoutout to Syed - was refreshing to find someone who lead with humanity instead of a cold, corpo vibe. would recommend him to anyone.

GoogleReside is managing my studio flat in New cross gate since January 2022. Alina and her team are doing a great job. First of all they have done an excellent tenant finding. The person living in the apartment is treating it very well and all the payments are coming on time every month. Reside's staff is always available and very proactive. Few months ago the flat needed some maintenance and they took care of everything very quickly and at a reasonable price. Their management fee structure is very simple with no hidden costs. Every month I get an email with all the costs and fees deducted which makes it easy to manage the finances. If I could I would purchase more buy to let properties in the area just because they're above the average and I'm pretty sure it's rare to find someone like them who offers a human touch in the real estate industry.

GoogleReside was able to help myself and my flatmates find a lovely house in New Cross. As international students the procedure took a bit longer on our half but throughout the process the Reside team has been very adaptable and understanding of our position. There was a minor issue with writing the contract but once addressed they were very responsive and managed to fix it instantly! I was very impressed with their work ethic. GoogleThe agent who showed me around the property was very nice, unfortunately the customer service not so good. Viewed a property in new Cross, forwarded my details, a day later, they advised the landlord had a 'family member' that needed to stay in the property, so on that note they were unable to complete my application process. They proceeded to let me know that, if anything else becomes available, they will let me know. I went back online to search for more properties, low and behold there was more properties in the same area, around the same budget, that they were advertising, but still have not let me know, or responded to my email about availability of other properties.The information I provided was correct and honest. With this being said, the situation only leads me to believe they was not willing to offer me a place due to other reasons, could be my race or my sexuality, I guess I will never know the truth.

GoogleI have been with Reside for well over 10 years as an owner of a rented property in SE14. They rescued me from a second rate agency in the area and I have never looked back! They have found and assessed the most suitable tenants for me and advised on property improvements as well as appropriate rents to charge. They are fair and responsive to both tenant and landlord and led by the friendly team of Riyadh, Alina and Linda. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for efficient property and rental management
