GoogleHad a really nice experience with Reeds Rains whilst renting from them, we had things fixed on time and they were generally respectful and understanding letting agents until it came time to return our deposit… after the 10 day period I emailed to see the progress and remind RR that they should return the deposit within 10 days as stated by gov guidelines. I received a reply goading me to raise a dispute as they are familiar with the process and will have 8 weeks to hold onto our deposit from the day we open the case. I decided not to raise a dispute due to the letting agents message and two months on we still have not received our deposit back. The agents seem to know this process well, I’d suggest don’t rent with them.

In the last six months, I have rented and sold a property through Reeds Rains in Macclesfield and I feel that they are the best agent in the area bar none!They are proactive, highly proficient, friendly and will go the extra mile to provide the best service. Special mention must go to James, Zoe, Jaya and Sue who form the excellent sales team who have gone the extra mile to get the best price possible for my property - giving regular feedback and negotiating offers effectively. I would highly recommend the team to anybody looking to sell or rent property.

Cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish I was completely looked after. Do not listen to other reviews do your research into the agent you use! Do not I repeat DO NOT be fooled with lower fees. You pay for what you get! I've had local agents trying to undervalue my house for tens of thousands of pounds cheaper because they will sell it to their mate or know an investor buying up all the property and wanted me to put it on low to get me a sale. not here. They work for you to get you the best price and offer the best customer service. I was updated regularly, and achieved OVER the asking price. Thank you for all your hard work. I was dealing with Northwich Branch but never again when people say don't trust estate agents they are right the staff at this branch are two faced they tell you yes we do this and the minute your out of the door they have stabbed you in the back.I do not recommend this branch and it's staff at all.

We had one or two earlier issues trying to get the fuse cupboard in our house fixed, but I don't think Reeds Rains can really be blamed for those - the lettings team by and large were easy to reach and did make an effort to reach out to us to check our issues were resolved. Unfortunately, it did take a fair few calls to finally get the cupboard fixed, as there seemed to be a lapse in communication somewhere between ourselves, Reeds Rains and the individual they were asking to come and carry out the repairs.Overall, good service, helpful staff, just requiring an occasional chase-up

My girlfriend and I met Niamh Titterington at a property we had arranged to view. She was prompt and immediately polite, approachable and knowledgeable, answering any questions/queries we had. The experience was made a happy and relaxed one, due to her friendly manner. Reeds Rains has been an excellent estate agents to deal with - so helpful and the best service we have had by far (and we’ve dealt with many over the years!). We thank you greatly, keep up the good work.

We have just used Reeds Rains Cleckheaton for the sale of our property as they were the agents for the home we are buying. We were very impressed with the service we have been given and nothing has been too much trouble for Jess and Jon Jo when dealing with any queries and arranging extra visits for measuring up etc. which you would struggle to find with other (so called) sell your home online for free companies. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Hayley Hughes and the Reeds Rains team at the St. Helens branch have been superb in helping me to sort out a rental property I have in the St. Helens area. After being messed around by a tennant and an 'unhelpful letting agent in the local area' I can't believe how much their professionalism has put another local letting agent to shame. I wish I'd been with them years ago, and would urge serious landlords to stop wasting time and money on other letting agents. Although landlords may consider the costs to be slightly higher and think they are saving money in my opinion, Reeds Rains offer great value for money, also, their insurance cover for landlords including legal cover by arc legal has saved me a lot of hassle, and been very helpful in responding and recovering money owed, again, very well worth the initial amount paid!by going to lesser letting agents EXCELLENT.

Having been a landlord and using Reeds Rains for 8 years, their service is now at an all time low. My tenants have paid their rent to RR but RR still have 2 months in their account and not mine. They have failed to provide legal documentation as required and really don’t care. Consider using a better agent!

Trying to sell a house has been difficult. Staff telling me that something is a legal requirement, when it is a company policy. Staff do not want to discuss your concerns and the it is nothing to do with me, it is the managers decision, syndrome prevails. Very disappointing.
