GoogleAlex and George were incredible when selling my house - everything I could have hoped for. They were efficient and professional, even though it was lockdown. Not only was it professional, but the experience was very personal and they were warm and friendly. Originally I thought it would be a chore to sell my house, but with them, I rather enjoyed it! Would highly recommend.

GoogleI cannot recommend Radstock property highly enough and I have had dealings with both the sales and rental teams. They offer a very personal, highly efficient and altogether excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble and they definitely went above and beyond to make the process of renting/selling my property as smooth as possible. Their advice and knowledge of the market was extremely helpful and I shall certainly be using them again in the future.

GoogleSuperb service as a landlord and then a seller. As a landlord, efficient, responsive, open & transparent and they don't take commission / kickbacks on repairs (which the main agents do and always fail to mention - hence why I moved to Radstock). As a vendor they worked tirelessly going above and beyond, especially as the property had a few quirks to iron out! Can't recommend this firm more highly.

However Alex and George could not have been more helpful, proactive and professional at every step along the way. Tried and tested real estate agents across the major and minor firms in London, we had never encountered the excellence, quality of relationships and integrity that George and Alex bring at Radstock property. The properties seem very selective, handpicked and top of the London market. Their approach to us as buyers was unique and we witnessed very closely their relationship with the sellers. GoogleAmazing team and really responsive. We are renting through them and since day one the communication has been really good. They are super responsive and care about the properties they are are looking after. They will send someone within 24 hours if there is an issue and fix it if needed in a really timely manner. They are working with sole traders (handyman, plumber, ...) who are lovely and definitely trusty people.

GoogleThe patience of Job, diplomacy of Kissinger and good humour of Tom Hanks. George has them all and was called on to display them in abundance during our marathon 9 month journey to exchange. We spoke to Radstock Property because we were uneasy about using some of the better know high street chains. It was a decision that paid off time and again in what turned out to be a complex sale process. Above all they are trusted advisors, and I can't think of a more important quality when it comes to selling your most valuable possession. Strongly recommended.
