GoogleHonestly I cannot describe the experience. As first time buyers Radstock could not have been more helpful and supportive. Our main contacts were Alex and Charlie who were great in every-way. Constantly communicating with us they would never wait around and were always the first to pick up the phone to make sure everything was okay. Whenever there was a problem that was not even theirs to solve, they did anything and everything the could to help and resolve it. We love our new home and are so grateful to have found it with Radstock. Thank you so much Alex, Charlie and the rest of the Radstock family!!!!!

GoogleI sold a 2 bedroom flat earlier this year when there was a lot of uncertainty in the market. The Radstock team generated a large number of views and importantly they all seemed genuinely prospective buyers. Once I had an offer George went over and above to ensure that we completed in a quick turnaround, despite all sorts of wrinkles from surveys and mortgage companies etc. From a sellers perspective I couldn't rate the Radstock team more highly.

He provided excellent guidance and support, and was always available to answer any questions/concerns we had. I truly cannot thank Alex enough for not only being an excellent agent, but treating us like friends in the process. He was simply fantastic. GoogleRebecca and the whole agency are extremely professional, attentive to detail and overall easy to work with. I felt much more attention and care was given to the whole move-in process compared to other agencies that I’ve worked with. Rebecca also kindly moved my furniture deliveries into the flat when they arrived earlier than planned and I was not there. Highly recommend this company!

GoogleWe bought through Radstock and found George to be helpful and enthusiastic the whole way though. There was some complexity with the sale in both surveyor reports and Covid driven delays that could have driven some agents to become snarky, but George never let it affect him or his professionalism and was ever helpful. Even when on holidays he kept in touch, as well as handing over to Alex who was just as great. If your looking to buy through Radstock, your in good hands.

GoogleI simply don't know why you would even go to any other estate agents when there is Radstock. Alex was just fantastic in supporting and getting our property back on the market and sold within 6 weeks. We had put it on the market 18 months prior with a well known agent and it didn't go very well at all. Alex came in with some really helpful advice which we wish we had been told from the start. The whole process was so smooth and icy calm throughout and Alex was just so professional and made it feel so light for us. Honestly fantastic and we tell everyone about Radstock. Don't bother with anyone else.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat and the Radstock team made it a lot less stressful than it could have been. George and Alex are great communicators and were always on the end of the phone keeping us updated and reassured. They went above and beyond on many occasions including keeping an eye on the property when it was vacant for us. Whilst I hope we don’t have the upheaval of moving again soon, I wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with Radstock when we do decide it’s time to move on.
