GoogleI contacted Portico in search for an apartment in London, and I have to say they were among the most helpful agents I could find in the area. They were extremely fast to organize viewings, and also most helpful explaining nuances about extra costs etc. I would recommend them 100%!

GoogleUnfortunately, there is no option for "zero" stars... we have been chasing the agency since November 2016 for regular maintenance and it is a nightmare to get a response or something done. I would like to know what customer service means to them. I would not recommend any friend to rent with them.

TrustpilotAwful letting agency in London
Completely unreliable, lazy and untrustworthy agents. They will not reply to any tenant issues via email or phone, including broken boilers, and your deposit is not safe with this agency.Living in a flat run by this agency has truly made for a miserable experience. Avoid them at all costs!

TrustpilotInstant valuation isnt instant
Free online instant valuation of house. Enter details... website jumps to detailed evaluation and asks to setup a meet. Clickbait, avoid. These are probably all fake reviews here too
