Really good service and efficiency overall, but in particular I wanted to highlight the fantastic assistance that I received from Magdalena Grzesiak, who helped with preparing our statements and other related items. Magdalena responded promptly to all our requests and questions, and was always extremely polite and pro-active in doing so!! :-)

I have been really impressed with Lara at Portico who has managed my Airbnb property. She always responds to emails in a timely manner and is always willing to support me in anything I ask for. Nothing ever seems to be a problem, so has a 'can do' attitude, which I have really valued.

We used Portico Islington to let a flat in Clerkenwell recently. They were responsive to queries and kept us fully informed on progress regarding viewings etc. (including Molly responding out of hours over email). Suitable tenants were found quickly and the appropriate reference checks etc. done within a few days. Very pleased with the service.

Samuel Johnson provided amazing customer services skills and was able to communicate and answer me and my daughters questions quickly and effectively. During the COVID-19 lockdown he was still able to contact us and when I wasn’t able to travel, he made sure I received documents some way and some how.
