GoogleI have been very impressed both the rental and sales services that Portico offers. A great deal of wisdom goes into their pricing strategy so that ones' property achieves the best sale/rental price as quickly as possible. They know their local market. Their conseige service for sales and lettings takes away a huge about of worry and stress out of selling/letting one's property. A great local agent !

Dulwich branch was terrible. Cancelled an appointment when we were already on the way, because they accepted an offer on the first day of viewings (this was for a rental - everyone else uses a fair system where you apply and they choose at the end of the day).We complained and received the most unprofessional response I've ever seen.

Never dealt with such horrendous estate agents in my 10 years living in London and that's saying something!! The Portico Walthamstow team were rude, shameless and aggressive in their approach (I have the emails to back this up!) making our purchase process unnecessarily stressful from start to finish - piling unnecessary pressure on everyone in the chain on a weekly basis. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The service is prompt and efficient. The only slight inconvenience is that at times there seems to be a fast turnover of staff and I lose track of who is dealing with my property. On the other hand this reflects the fact that most of the time they get on with managing the flat reliably so I have little need to contact them! Thank you.
