I have been in business with Spencer’s property services for 21 years. HELENE TYLER the accounts officer has served me for many years. She is an excellent accountant. There had been times that she resolved issues even it is not relevant to her department. She is hard working and very reliable staff .She is excellent.Ms SILVA

TrustpilotThe service you need.
I have enjoyed a supportive, friendly relationship with Spyridon, Kristian and the lovely Tembi. They have been as helpful as possible and I have been able to communicate on a much better level than some of your last employees. They return calls when necessary, which is most appreciated. They are in my opinion an asset to your company.Maxine Fisher

Trustpilot10 years of invaluable assistance.
I bought a flat in Leyton 10 years ago. I had the good fortune to chat with Marc McIlveney who became the lettings agent at the time of purchase. 10 years on and Marc, now with Portico, is still as professional, helpful and dedicated as he ever was. His advice and experience is invaluable.

TrustpilotTrustworthy local experts
Experienced, knowledgeable and fantastic team of expert agents. Have no fear, you're in safe hands selling your property with the Portico Leyton Team. Spencer, Mark and Michelle will ensure your home gets maximum value, lots of viewings, and once under offer ensure that the sale progresses smoothly and efficiently. They're honestly superstars, I'm so glad I went with Portico!

TrustpilotAs a tenant
As a tenant, do not use Portico!!!! Stay away from them. From excessive application fees (prior the law making them illegal), check-out fees and ANYTHING to grab some of your deposit..... I have learned so many life lessons from Portico and the stereotype is now cemented in my mind; never trust estate agents, esp a letting agent!!!!!!!

GoogleAfter a couple of bad experiences with agencies in this area I felt at peace after finding them and meeting G. Akbas. Service was really great and he and his team went the extra mile to adapt everything to my circumstances. First time renter in the UK so wasn't familiar with everything but they guided me through every step.
