I have been using portico for a year now to manage my property.i would advise anyone to use there services .they are very helpful and run a very professional service .portico manage the whole property and all requests and bookings are dealt with tom .tom is excellent at dealing with all aspects of your property.tom is a huge addition to the team .all in all great service ! Do not respond to emails and after reading reviews about their customer service I will not be using them at the moment estate agents are Not assisting people to help them.find a decent property only interested in what you are earning..and if you can pay the rent...

Finding an affordable flat and keeping it in order is a complicated matter in a city like London. We have been very happy with the service of Portico especially with the help and assistance of Mr. Jesus Perez who has answered every our enquiry and has supported us through the re-rental of our flat in London. He helped us get through all the negotiations and documents with efficiency, precision but also kindness and understanding.

Weβve worked with Sean and the team for a number of years now and they truly are amazing. He made a very stressful time of managing my fathers property whilst he was abroad a lot easier for me. The tenants they sourced were great and the whole process went well and theyβre not greedy with their costs like the others! I highly recommend the team at Portico Walthamstow!
