We previously used Pickwicks when we sold our flat and were so impressed by them that we wanted to use them again to sell our house. As with the sale of our flat Pickwick’s secured an offer on our property above the asking price the week it went on the market. Paolo and the team are all super professional and we can’t recommend them enough to anyone considering selling their property.

We sold our house through Pickwick and it was an absolute pleasure working with Paolo from start to finish. Paolo is a really lovely, highly experienced, communicative and responsive professional. He clearly knows the market and the area extremely well and came highly recommended to us from numerous neighbours. He goes above and beyond of what one could expect of an estate agent - helping with queries from the solicitors, managing buyer and seller expectations and much more. He was always available, honest, very non “sales-y” and extremely helpful. All his advice was excellent and the house sold as soon as it went on the market and well above asking price. We were very well supported throughout the entire process and I cannot recommend Pickwick Estates more. I have already personally recommended Paolo and Pickwick to numerous neighbours and locals. Paolo and the Pickwick team were fantastic in both selling our flat and helping us find our new house. Paolo was honest and clear during valuation and swiftly sold our flat in only one day of viewings. He then helped us find our next house. During the sale and purchase he stayed informed and never let the timeline slip. We felt like Paolo was always going above and beyond what’s typical for estate agents during the conveyancing process. He also knows the area very well, so we ended up turning to him for lots of advice. Would highly recommend- we’ve dealt with lots of estate agencies and Pickwick has been the best hands down.

I honestly can't sing the praises of these chaps enough. I didn't even really know what estate agents did until we sold our flat, and dealt with buyers. These guys got beautiful photos done, lots of viewings lined up, and offers in and the flat off the market within couple of weeks basically - offers well above asking price. We had appaling luck with buyers dropping out for stupid reasons, and each time Pickwicks pulled it out of the bag, lined up buyers UNBELIEVABLY QUICKLY and got it off the market again. We sold well above asking price, and couldn't be happier with the service these chaps provided, despite the problems we had we buyers. In fact, thank goodness we had committed and competent estate agents or I don't think we'd have sold the place. They are lovely people, really gratifying to work with, honest, clear, committed.

We put our house up for sale just before the pandemic which explains why it took a while to sell, but that was not through lack of effort from Pickwicks who as soon as they could safely do so arranged viewings. When we accepted an offer they were extremely responsive, professional and thorough in a particularly difficult time with the uncertainties of the market due to covid and the pressure of stamp duty holidays. I used the services of Pickwicks to sell my Forest Hill flat. An offer for the flat was accepted in July 2019 and we eventually exchanged contracts in December 2019. The buyer was a first time buyer. During this time Paolo who was the agent managing the sale, managed (somehow) to maintain calm, grounded and ultimately professional during what was a very lengthy and sometimes very challenging conveyancing process. Without Paolo's input and reassurance to me the seller and the first time buyer I don't think we would have got the sale 'across the line'. I cannot thank Paolo and his team enough for everything that they did during that 5 month process. Well done all involved.

Paolo, Taj and their team went above and beyond and got us moved into our first family home, Taj’ knowledge for the area is hugely impressive and months after the sale contacted us with some recommendations for our little boy and to see how we were getting on, she genuinely cares about people and this shows. Paolo is straight talking and updates you with both good and bad news ! No nonsense and was very helpful, again he clearly cares about his customers and dare I risk and say this online, they are one of the few honest and transparent agents ! Paolo ulivi stole this business off my brother and our family who had actually funded the purchase as well as all other aspects of any start up business ie. cars, computers software etc, and my brother had created the concepts, design and functionality of this estate agent. Inviting mr ulivi to join him as his partner. While my brother was dealing with severe mental health issues Mr ulivi took opportunity to cut our family out of the business and fraudulently removed him off customs House as a par owner aswell as defrauding my parents of both the return of their loaned pension lump sums that was used to buy and cover the start up and maintenance of the business for well over the first 3-4 years of term. At a point when they were too ill and he getting on in life to pursue him through the extremely expensive legal routes considering all their money they had lent the business hadn't and still has not been repaid. Let alone dividends my brother was entitled to He is clearly a con man of highest degree. Avoid at all costs.

I met with several agents before deciding to appoint them, and found them to be extremely friendly, easy to deal with, and that their fee was very reasonable in comparison to competitors. I recently bought a flat through Pickwicks and have to say they were absolutely great throughout the whole process! Communications pre-viewing were prompt and straightforward. Unlike other estate agents the guy who showed me around the property initially didn’t hassle me throughout the viewing; he just gave me space and time to form my own opinion and answered any questions I had. Once the ball got rolling on all the purchase stuff they were great at communicating what to expect and when, and brilliant at getting answers out of the people who needed a nudge!
