When considering the sale of rental property in Forest Hill we approached Pickwick Estates, who were marketing a nearby home and engaged directly with Paolo, who provided an accurate valuation remotely. Paolo is a local expert and is very familiar with property typologies and buyers in the Honor Oak and Forest Hill area. Paolo looked after the whole process for us, was easily contactable directly via WhatsApp, achieved a sale over asking surpassing alls expectations. We appreciated the personal service. Paolo expertly progressed the leasehold sale and we are delighted to have now completed.

We recently sold our house with Pickwicks, and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. We felt in very safe hands with both Taj and Paolo, who are experienced estate agents with excellent knowledge of the local area. It was also great to have one consistent point of contact throughout the process. We’d highly recommend Pickwicks to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you, Taj and Paolo, for making the whole experience so smooth and stress-free!

Paolo @ Pickwicks was amazingly helpful and professional - can’t recommend him enough in selling a property in the area. Extremely knowledgeable and excellent in keeping me updated on progress. And a lovely guy too!

Highly recommend Pickwicks. We purchased through and then later sold our home with Paolo and the team and couldn't have asked for a better service on both occasions. The whole team were so attentive and go the extra mile without being asked. They're a local outfit that know the area and have the personal touch.

Really rude scruffy asian woman showed me around a few flats. Looked down on me and acted like a snob, I will be taking my interest in purchasing elsewhere. Do not enquire or deal with Pickwick unless you are keen on being stereotyped. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you value being treated with dignity.

Ali at Pickwick Estates was very courteous, professional and (importantly) proactive in helping us secure our first family home. The purchase process was smooth and uncomplicated, aided by great communication to us and to our seller by Ali throughout. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Pickwick! The team was friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free, and you can really feel that they love what they do. It’s rare to find an agency that combines professionalism with such warmth and kindness. Huge thank you to Paolo (best landlord we ever had), Taj for making us feel part of the Ringmore community and Dionne for a great customer service. I can truly say I had a great experience letting with them. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We previously used Pickwicks when we sold our flat and were so impressed by them that we wanted to use them again to sell our house. As with the sale of our flat Pickwick’s secured an offer on our property above the asking price the week it went on the market. Paolo and the team are all super professional and we can’t recommend them enough to anyone considering selling their property.

I honestly can't sing the praises of these chaps enough. I didn't even really know what estate agents did until we sold our flat, and dealt with buyers. These guys got beautiful photos done, lots of viewings lined up, and offers in and the flat off the market within couple of weeks basically - offers well above asking price. We had appaling luck with buyers dropping out for stupid reasons, and each time Pickwicks pulled it out of the bag, lined up buyers UNBELIEVABLY QUICKLY and got it off the market again. We sold well above asking price, and couldn't be happier with the service these chaps provided, despite the problems we had we buyers. In fact, thank goodness we had committed and competent estate agents or I don't think we'd have sold the place. They are lovely people, really gratifying to work with, honest, clear, committed.

Pickwicks did a stellar job both managing my property and tenants for 11 years as well as selling the property this year. As I am living overseas it has been reassuring to have their support and they handled any issues that cropped up sensitively and professionally. I was very happy with the sale price, they worked hard to get the best price for me, and they made the process as smooth and as quick as possible. I can definitely recommend them for both property management and sale.
