GoogleThey aren't like other estate agents. We first me Philip when we bought our house seven years ago. When we decided to sell there was only one agent we wanted to use. They really aren't like your typical agents. They're thoughtful, personable and above all else they know what they are doing. Because of external factors, our sale may not have always been the easiest, but the outcome absolutly surpassed our expectations. Thank you so much Philip, Robyn, Bobby and the rest of the team!

GoogleWe worked Philip Wooller Estate Agency earlier this year. They are a bespoke neighbourhood agency with impressive local knowledge. The team were great to work with - our sale was not straightforward but Philip and Robyn True managed the process fantastically and kept everyone involved happy throughout. In contrast to the larger agencies, where everything feels quite mechanical, we felt that we got a friendly, personal service from the team. We would recommend them very highly if you are buying or selling any time soon.

They both were very responsive and provided much needed calmness during a challenging sale and of course challenging economic climate overall. Fairly amateurish. Wouldn’t reply after asking him to market our property and he visited. I got the feeling he couldn’t be bothered. Which was just as well as we sold through a more professional agent.

Despite a complicated sale with share of freehold and the usual bumps along the way, the way these guys handled everything was fantastic. GoogleWe recently sold our flat through Philip Wooller following a lack of success with another agent, and it was an exceptional experience. The team are extremely friendly and professional, while also being refreshingly honest with their advice. A ‘local’ agent with a personal touch, their rates are reasonable, the photos were great, and the overall service and communication were excellent. We found there were no 'wasted' viewings pushed through the door, merely genuinely interested buyers with prompt and informative feedback provided. Due to all of this we fully expected PW to find us the right buyer in due course, which they duly did. Thank you Philip!

Robyn worked diligently for her client, the seller, but also made certain that we also received a high level of service as the buyer. The aspect with we particularly liked about the experience was the transparent way in which they operate, very refreshing in comparison to other agents.
