GoogleMy nephew Nick was renting through Phillip Wooller. He died in tragic circumstances in May. His contract was until the end of June. His family are trying to recover his deposit . Phillip Wooller say he had just signed a new contract which was due to start in two months. So they have not yet agreed to return the deposit even though Nick has died. No compassion (and we are checking if that is legal when someone dies. )We are still waiting a response ,and will update this review dependant on the outcome.
