GoogleThank you Georgie for providing professional expertise from start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with you and I was most impressed at how quickly you managed to rent my property out. I will most certainly be recommending your Company to friends and contacts.

GoogleI was recommended Petras Property by a friend and I would strongly recommend them. Initially, I really appreciated their guidance when I was thinking about selling my house in Battersea as I'd previously put it on the market and it hadn't sold so I wanted their view on what work I should have done and what wasn't needed to sell the house. I found this advice practical and useful. Once I had done this work, they then did an excellent job of marketing the property - putting together a very attractive web profile and posting it on all the key websites - and recommending a price that was realistic and got the right potential purchasers through the door. In particular, I was confident that Susie would know the right things to say when showing the property. Within a week I had several offers and details of the status of each potential purchaser which meant I had confidence in the commitment of the ultimate purchasers. In addition, Georgie and Susie did a great job in making sure the sale completed. A great job - thank you.

GoogleMy fiancé and I have been dealing with Michelle and Georgie since we moved into our house last October and so far they’ve been the best property management company we’ve dealt with by a country mile. They’re really responsive to emails, kind and courteous on the phone, and always respectful and professional. Any problems we have had they’ve dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

GoogleWe moved to London for the first time in October and Petras Property made the move easy and hassle free. All the staff are so kind and considerate and, despite the fast-paced environment that the housing market proved to be, they all made it such an enjoyable and exciting time for us! I would highly recommend using Petras Property for anyone looking to rent in London!

GoogleWe had a fantastic service from Susie and Georgie on our sale. Being locals they have a real connection to and knowledge of the local area. It wasn’t a totally straightforward sale (are they ever?!), but Susie knew when to push and when pushing wasn’t appropriate and we got there in the end! All in all a great service from a great team.
