I can’t recommend Petras Property highly enough, and in particular Susie, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Having previously been with a large, well‑known high‑street estate agent, I had felt like just a number, pressured, rushed, and as though my property was a nuisance when it didn’t sell quickly. The difference when I moved to Petras was immediate, and such a relief.Susie is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area, but what truly sets her apart is her kindness and the time she takes. Her approach is personal, thoughtful and reassuring, exactly what you need when selling a home, which is inherently stressful. You never feel like part of a big machine.I would highly recommend Petras Property to anyone looking to sell their home with confidence and care.

Petras Property were absolutely amazing with selling our flat in Earlsfield. We could not recommend them highly enough and we loved working with a smaller estate agent who know the area so well. From the first evaluation of the flat, all the way up to completion date Georgie and Susie were always at the end of the phone/ email to guide us through the process. We loved the personal and supportive approach and Susie was so helpful with frequent communication with the buyers and solicitors to keep the process moving along. After many months of frustration and disappointment trying to find our next home (viewings being cancelled, full booked, vendors not serious about moving and many more!) we came across a property on the market with Petras Property. From the very first viewing, this was an entirely different experience to the previous 6 months. Georgie is an amazing agent, she helped me rent a flat in west London just before the covid-19 lockdown.
