TrustpilotMaking bigger offer for the rend house and they dont accept if you dont see the property( gime the landlord number to see if he will accept )
Nice ads of houses which act as a click bait, They add the property today I call them straight away and is fully booked or gone, meanwhile the ad stays online for more than 3 weeks marked as available.

GoogleWe were recently looking for a property through Pedder with the agent Sam, who made the process enjoyable. Refreshingly, he always knew the leasehold and ground rent info for each property, had a really nice approach for letting you look round, and was personable - making you feel at ease. Thanks also for being patient with us wanting to change and book appointments at late notice and following up with us via whatsapp, which is so much easier to respond to when you’re also working full time and searching for a house to buy. We were really impressed. Thank you :)

From the initial phone call, the estate agents at Pedder come across as unhelpful and full of attitude. They racially profile tenants to “advise” the landlords on who would be the best tenants. I viewed a property and made an offer the same day, then to be told 2 days later that the landlord had gone with another offer despite me meeting the criteria. I will never use Pedder again.

Twice now i've emailed the Dulwich branch via rightmove and had to chase them up to book a viewing as they don't bother to call back. There are a lot of agents out there in a very competitive market so i would have expected much better service from them
