I chose to go with Pedder because from my first contact, they were prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. In such an important and complicated process as selling a house I really appreciated how good they were at communicating with me and how approachable they were. And I must say a special thank you to Shannon, who was absolutely integral to making things happen and keeping a vital channel of communication open between me and the buyers. Without her intervention we could have been thousands of pounds worse off and the sale would have taken much longer. Great experience all around

Great experience all around, from the first viewing to the completion date.I felt that the information given to me was always fair and accurate. Pedder did not try to push me in any direction but were always quick to answer all of my queries.Ben West was my main contact throughout the period and did a tremendous job in navigating the sometimes difficult relationships between the various stakeholders.Ben also went beyond his normal duties and helped me on numerous occasions, making the overall process much easier.Would definitely recommend them.

Phillippa at Pedder's in East Dulwich

Phillippa at Pedder's in East Dulwich was great to work with. Arranging viewings and surveys were easy. Communication was always prompt and efficient. When we were having issues with our bank, she put us in touch with her broker who helped give us some tips on how to nudge the bank along. She kept in touch with us to make sure things were moving along, but not in a nagging way (we've dealt with that from other agents). Phillippa and the rest of the team at Pedder were great and easy to work with. Thank you!

Summer Purchase

This one is a little late but I wanted to say a big thank you to Phillippa and the team. Earlier in the year we were looking for a property to buy. Phillippa was able to get us in to see a great property in East Dulwich which we were fortunate enough to complete on during the summer. We really enjoyed working with Philippa on the purchase and we are delighted to be spending our first Christmas in our new home. The absolute best agents!

Mollie and Vince are absolutely brilliant! They are the agents that guide and support you every step, incredibly communicative and go above and beyond to help move the sale along.We lost our first buyers and within 2 weeks they had helped us secure a new buyer. The process wasn’t smooth due to uncommunicative solicitors but Mollie was incredible with keeping the communication going between ourselves, our buyer and solicitors. I don’t think our sale would have gone through without mollies tenacity!I wish I could work with them for any future moves!

Good Agency

The sale of my property was not straightforward. I lost two 'offerers', one whilst looking for my onward purchase and one after I had found and some weeks into negotiations, which cost me in abortive legal fees, but Pedders found me my ultimate purchasers in a virtually short space of time after that. Carolina is very efficient and was a calming influence every time I was about to implode. Well done. Would not hesitate to recommend her and Pedders in general.

Mollie is the best estate agent you'll get

Mollie from Pedder was our estate agent for the purchase of our first property after the previous one we tried to buy fell through.She was amazing from the very beginning to the end. She took us to a number of properties and was never pushy, allowing us to make up our mind about each of them. When we made the offer, she helped us secure it very quickly and we were lucky that she was the one handling our case to the end (in our previous experience, we got passed out to another agent and we never heard back from the person who helped us with the visits). During the conveyancing process, Mollie was extremely considerate of the fact that we had just lost a property and since we were buying this flat with the condition that the lease would be extended, we were a bit nervous that something could go wrong. Not only did she help us navigate this unknown, she was also always giving us updates even before we had to chase and when we had any questions, she always got back to us within the day. We felt like she was in our corner and really cared about this working out for us. If we ever have to sell our flat, we would definitely want Mollie to be our estate agent.

Pedder have been excellent from the beginning to end of the process and exceeded my expectations by doing the following:1. Told me they could sell my property within a month, they actually achieved an offer at asking price on the property after a week of being on the market.2. Conveyancing, there were lots of the usual issues to sort out along the way and Callum was proactive in solving them and always available to speak on the phone if needed.3. I bought my flat from the previous iteration of Peddar in 1987. I moved in 2000 but kept the flat and rented it out with Peddar as managing agent.. It has been a seamless experience with a long term tenant and immediate responses to maintenance. The tenant is happy and so am I.
