From the initial phone call

From the initial phone call, the estate agents at Pedder come across as unhelpful and full of attitude. They racially profile tenants to “advise” the landlords on who would be the best tenants. I viewed a property and made an offer the same day, then to be told 2 days later that the landlord had gone with another offer despite me meeting the criteria. I will never use Pedder again.

We recently bought a property through Pedder and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Sarah, our agent, was particularly helpful and friendly. We are first time buyers and she was patient with us, answering all our questions and really guiding us through the purchase. We met a lot of agencies throughout the process and Pedder (and Sarah) were by far the best! When we come to sell the flat, there's no doubt which agency we would choose :)

Twice now i've emailed the Dulwich branch via rightmove and had to chase them up to book a viewing as they don't bother to call back. There are a lot of agents out there in a very competitive market so i would have expected much better service from them
