Really happy we used Pedder East Dulwich. David, Callum and the wider team were great from start to finish. We ended up with the purchasers solicitors asking many many many questions which meant the process took time. Callum, in the main, kept good dialogue going between us and the buyers which really helped. Very pleased we chose Pedder from the agents we met. If we had another property to sell in East Dulwich we would use Pedder again.

They were fantastic and really understood what we were looking so much so when we were viewing properties they were honest about which ones would be suitable and which ones would likely end up being out of our budget. Callum was our agent and he was incredibly helpful throughout including helping us get to the finish line after a few hiccups throughout the process. We had such a lovely experience house hunting with Tahlia. She was incredibly proactive with sending us listings that fit our criteria the moment they came up, finding us our perfect property within a couple of weeks. Once the process of getting referencing completed, documents signed and deposits paid had begun, she was incredibly efficient and communicative throughout the entire process, ensuring we were never kept in the dark. We’re moving into the property at the end of the month, and Tahlia has ensured the entire process has been calm, clear, and exciting. Could not recommend her, and Pedder, enough!

Having recently moved to Southeast London, l was looking for a two bedroom flat. I registered with several estate agents and l found Pedder the most helpful. I was especially grateful to Callum Melrose who almost always sent me information on the kind of property l was looking for thus not wasting time. In person he was always pleasant and punctual, never pushy. Although in the end l found a flat off market, l would go back to Callum in Pedder if l needed to sell or buy a property. I would definitely recommend him!

General Pedder services are ok but won’t say they excel. We have been using them for managed letting agent for several years now - fees are high and the property managers vary in quality. The sub -contractors coming in to do the work however are absolute joke, shabby work and often have been to called back for multiple fixes and they charge you each time
