In these uncertain times, Pedder were most professional with their guidance and support. During the process of selling and renting property their well co-ordinated teams were all most knowledgable, each conscious of its current stage to promptly advise me. This was valuable as when inevitably some team members were out of the office, someone was present at all times to update me on progress. Their management was impeccable, again every necessary check and service being provided quickly. I found this most reassuring.

We recently exchanged contracts selling our flat through Pedder and found the team really efficient and helpful. We were selling and buying and the process ran generally smoothly. The team were always quick to respond to messages and queries and liaised with our buyers and solicitors regularly to keep things moving. We received an offer pretty quickly, so didn’t see a lot of what they do in marketing properties but we were happy with all the advice we received when putting the flat on the market. The only point for improvement we would raise, was they could have done more to help us find an onward property, as we didn’t get a lot of suggested properties from them when we were looking for our next place. But once we had an onward place sorted they were helpful with ensuring everything worked out for the chain.

When we started with Pedder for our property sale, all seemed to be going well and the pre-sales experience was smooth. But post-sale, everything changed at the first hiccup it became clear that, even though we were paying their fees, they were not there to protect our interests.We had daily calls to exchange contracts when we weren't in a position to do so with our purchase, fully knowing the risk that exposed us to. Constant attempts to undermine the lawyers to the point where our solicitor suggested we move the sale somewhere else. And all of this only increased as we got to quarter end financial targets.We will not be using Pedder again and a stark contrast to their competitor who we bought off

GooglePedder were brilliant from start to finish. Showing us around the properties Dan was friendly and knowledgeable, and had some great local insights into the area. During the application process he was quick and helpful in his replies and was always available to answer questions. Dan made every effort to accommodate our needs on the move in date and made the whole process as smooth as possible. On the move in day we were met at the property on time and the check-in was done extremely quickly and efficiently. We have used several agencies in the past and Pedder has by far been the best experience.
