GoogleAlert to landlords: DON’T under any circumstances use Peach as your letting agent. All very well when they want your business, but if things go wrong they don’t want to know. They were well aware that the tenants had caused damage and their electrical suppliers made a dangerous installation of a dishwasher and their inventory clerk failed to make a proper inventory but they refused to cooperate when it came to withholding adequate funds from the deposit. I’m still livid almost a year later.

GoogleI have known Peach 🍑 for coming up for 18 Years and I have always had The Best Service from them. Not Akeays To My Liking. But Sound Business Management with an overwhelming interest in The Landlord/Tenant bonding. Chris-Sam-Georgie. Not to Mention Joanna-Nancy & Loretta. It’s a Sound “Working” Agent’s and Most Importantly All the workers are long established with Peach & The Area. That’s what makes The Team Special. Peach have a great Network Of Services and as a Landlord this is Paramount for The Tenant. Without Our Tenants and Looking After Them you have a bad liaison and a lousy Tenancy. Google5 Star flawless service. Peach Properties recently helped me complete the purchase of my first home and gave me all the help and support that I needed as a first time buyer. Excellent communication and never a delay in answering questions and queries. Sam who showed me around the home was polite professional and enthusiastic. Chris who assisted me with the rest of the process was particularly helpful, patient and committed to provided excellent service all round. If you are buying, selling or renting in East London area, don't use anyone else. Use Peach Properties.

GoogleQuite poor service for tenants - 1) Communication is really slow and sometimes confusing. 2) They tried to make us paying for damages in the property which were already there before we checked in and that were reported in the inventory 3) They tried to make us paying for a sofa they bought (and they forgot about it) 4) Watch up for clause 4.1.5 as they will make you pay at the end of the tenancy an initially undisclosed fee for "preparation for checkout". In our case it was 100 pounds. 5) they hire bad contractors for fixing problems in the house. Our windows were poorly fixed 4 times and systematically broke again.

GoogleWe bought our East London flat from Peach almost five years ago and we had an excellent service from them at the time. So when we decided to move abroad for a while, we decided to turn to them again for the full management of the property. Chris, Georgie and Sam, as well as the rest of the team have been really efficient in dealing with enquiries and have set realistic expectations as to what to expect in terms of rent, expenses and types of tenant. As I write this review, we've just let the property and I'm confident the management will go smoothly.

GoogleLet a property to me knowing that that pipes were leaking in the flat and that renovations were due to happen during the tenancy but failed to mention the extent of those repairs. They were never in the office when needed and as things went sour with the landlord (who was also absentee) due to the issues around their contractors and the landlords insurance problems, they were unavailable. Worst 6 months of my life was spent in a flat let by this crew.

GoogleSam Gross (assisted by Naj Hoque) was great during my property hunt. He took into account all of the factors I was looking for in a rental property and only showed my relevant places. When I found a place I liked he was efficient in reaching out to the landlord to secure the property. The whole process was smooth from confirming our rental agreement to getting contract signed and keys handed over. I'd highly recommend Peach Properties for first class and friendly service. Very happy overall!

GoogleI have been using Peach Properties for more than 14 years now, both in terms of having my properties managed by them and also in terms of purchases made through Peach. They have been an absolute life-saver for me over the years and I cannot recommend them highly enough! On top of the fact that they are very professional, the company as a whole is extremely accessible and easy to do business with. Beyond that, they always have time for you, and always with a smile! Other agencies should take note and follow their lead. Excellent all round.

GoogleHell on Earth. It's impossible to have any maintenance issues rapidly fixed. They usually tell you that they are coming to fix it one day and they never show up. Be prepared to receive a lot of out of office notifications (nobody as at the office when the office is supposed to be opened, the maintenance employees all have the same day off so, if you have an emergency you're screwed and they take like two weeks off at every single holiday...). Good luck chasing people around!

As landlord with a handful of properties around the East End, Peach are my go-to agents of choice, whether it's for tenant finding (we manage our properties ourselves) or just for a chat about rental or property prices and economic conditions. Chris and Sam are both consummate professionals, who are always pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. GoogleAs a landlord renting my property for the first time Peach have been great! Chris visited my property and gave me a valuation he explained all my different options for the property and told me what was best to do. He put my property on the market right away and we had tenants lined up in no time. I chose the full management service from peach and have no regrets in doing so. Joanne takes good care of the tenants for me as I now live in Australia and have no worries.
