Overall we are happy with one eighty. However, JLL were not prepared for our move in. Although we requested a fully furnished flat, when we moved in there was no bed or bedroom furniture. Despite this, Cansev provided excellent customer service once we arrived and has gone above and beyond with helping us. We were provided with a temporary mattress and a new bed arrived in 2 days. We were also sent details of our independent inventory in a timely fashion. Since moving in communication has been good and we have been very happy with the service provided.

I've been living in One Eighty for nearly a year now and have no plans to move out anytime soon. The building is clean, modern and fully furnished. Repairs, if required, are sorted quickly with no fuss through the One Eighty app. The building is always staffed with a concierge at reception who takes care of any packages delivered and general enquiries. The building is well situated, just a short walk from Stratford Station with a gym next door and Tesco across the road. What really sets One Eighty apart is the friendliness and helpfulness of the building management staff. I cannot speak highly enough of Cansev and the concierge team. They're always contactable and happy to assist with any issues that arise. Overall the building is extremely well managed and I would highly recommend One Eighty to anyone seeking new accommodation in London.

I'm living in 180 since February this year and after that time canno't say anything bad about it. All problems related to the apartment are solved the same day. Staff at concierge are kind and always willing to help. Our apartment when we moved in was in perfect condition and the view from the window on Stratford is just amazing. Would highly recommend living here to everyone, 180 is one of the best place to live at Stratford.

Very disappointed. The assigned apartment was not clean from the previous user. They came and clean up that took 4 hours of waiting. When we took over the apartment, heater is not working. The repair was done at midnight. During our stay, they was a scheduled major repair works in the whole building. They were changing the boilers in all apartments. They fail to update us on the major works. 2 days of our stay, there was not heater and hot water. And it is winter. Imagine our agony.

We moved into 180 in 2015 and renewed our contract with ease and very minimal rent increases every year. As with all homes, during our time at 180 we have had some maintenance issues that have needed to be looked at, but staff are always very quick to respond and helpful. We're moving on to somewhere bigger, but we will mix the luxury of having a familiar face in the morning, someone to deal with our many packages and annual bake off competitions!

I moved into 180 last October and have had such a positive experience. From the minute you enter the building lobby you are greeted by welcoming staff. Any minor issues we’ve had have been resolved in the quickest of fashion by Cansev and JLL team. It’s also incredible convenient to be able to log items in the 180 maintenance app. The building and apartments are clean and fresh with amazing views. Won’t be going anywhere anytime soon!

Great place to live with amazing staff support. Loved living here. Nice modern flat, great views from the balcony, secured bicycle parking, friendly and helpful concierge team... Special mention to the scheme host, Cansev. She has been great during all this time, quickly actioning and resolving maintenance incidents we reported (sometimes they were resolved the same day!) and answering any enquiries we had. Dealing with her has been an absolute pleasure.

Our last stay was disappointing. Apartment not clean, no toilet paper, terrible wi-fi. No one picks up phone when you need assistance . Heating didn't work, lights in kitchen and corridor also didn't work. No-one came to fix it. Location otherwise good. 1 star for location, 1 star for apartment space otherwise it would be zero.
