My partner and I recently moved in One Eighty and couldn’t be more thankful for how accommodating and responsive the building manager, Cansev and her team are! We had a few furniture missing (I imagine this was down to previous tenants having brought in their own furniture) and Cansev had ordered us new ones within a day of requesting them. Great location too as its walking distance to Stratford Station. The flat is spacious for London too - lots of storage space and having a balcony is an added bonus!

If you’re thinking about renting here, don’t. The building is marketed as “modern” and “luxury,” but the reality is pure exploitation. For eye-watering rent, here’s what you’ll actually get: Mice. • Appliances so old (13+ years) they belong in a museum, not a modern flat. • baths/shower that doesn’t drain properly, ever. The landlord is too stingy to fix the drainage system, despite pocketing around a half a million pounds every month in rents from all the flats. Soundproofing that is basically non-existent. You’ll hear everything your neighbours do, day and night, with no escape from the constant noise. • Heating and hot water that cut out like clockwork, leaving you freezing at least twice a month for 24+ hours. And the real kicker? Your parcels are automatically dumped at the concierge desk, completely unsecured and left out for anyone to steal, and management forces you to sign away all your rights by waiving their liability. Good luck trying to have important items like phones, laptops, or passports delivered. And if you value your privacy, forget it. Management hands out keys to contractors like party favors. Expect random people letting themselves into your flat without your knowledge or consent, because here, your front door is treated like a revolving door for strangers. This place is a polished scam. They rake in thousands from each flat but won’t spend a penny on basic repairs or security. Avoid unless you enjoy overpaying for stress, inconvenience, and being treated like a walking rent payment rather than a human being. The only thing ‘luxury’ here is the landlord’s bank account.

I love living in OneEighty building, it's bike friendly as the have plenty of secure places for your bike plus the bike lane that connects to the city is just outside the building, not to mention that Tesco Express and some other convenience stores are a few steps away from the building. I found the concierge team very approachable and helpful, especially Cansev, who is always there with a smile to solve any of your queries, they all make you feel at home and safer. Overall, living here is a dream, currently the building is finishing their improvement for an even better experience, I quite recommend to live in here.

Just moved into the building and we were helped by the host of the building's letting agency (JLL), Cansev. She gave us such a warm welcome into the building and helped us really well throughout the process. Communication was very easy and she was always easy to reach. Moving into a new place can be really hectic with a lot of details and technical aspects to go through. We, however, received excellent customer service and the whole move couldn't have gone any smoother. Same goes for the management of the building, Cansev is always ready to help with everything and tries to make everything easy for the tenants.

Really disappointed by the unprofessionalism at this place. Me and my friend came to view an apartment for 2pm and there was no sign of the agent who was from JLL at the building, the concierge wasnt even sure himself and didn’t know anything. It was really frustrating as we had came from far away only to be sent back, moreover she wasn’t even picking up any of our calls. The concierge kept sending us on random floors. Please look into it twice before getting a place here.

Even though the manager was responsive and the concierge team was absolutely amazing, the manager, Cansev, was useless resolving any of my issues. It took 3 months to replace damaged carpet in one of the bedrooms, no one's notified me for two months that my bike was stolen. I got some money refunded for my stolen bike which they quickly reclaimed charging me £300 for cleaning the flat after I moved out, even though the flat was dirty when I moved in. One lady from the staff in the office in Stratford was very rude to me when I tried to get someone else's help with my issues. I didn't bother to wait until the end of the tenancy and I moved out after 7 months. Nice staff would not compensate the time I wasted asking to resolve the problems with the flat. I will remember to not to rent a flat from JLL in the future.

We have moved in last December in a 2 bedroom flat, we are very happy with the place, a very good lay out, well spaced open plan living room with kitchen having ample storage spaces. Nice balcony is definitely a plus as well. It’s just a very pleasant place to come home to after long hours at work. It is also a short walk to public transportations and very close to Olympic Park too. And lastly a great customer service from Cansev and the rest of the Concierge Team, theyre always been helpful to all of our concerns and issues, and very pleasant all the time.

Best building management for any apartment we have lived in. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, and are carried out by the Maintenance Team to a high standard. All staff are professional in their conduct, but also maintain a welcoming and approachable demeanour, which makes us feel at ease as tenants. I moved to One Eighty in 2017 and I actually cannot fault it. I moved to London in 2013 and this is the best place I've lived. I'm from up north originally so the rent could get a 5 bedroom house, feed three kids, and still have enough left over to pay £2 a month to Cancer Research, but it's actually very reasonable for London. It's a great location with everything you need close by, including excellent transport links. If you can't be bothered walking the 10 mins into Westfield to get food, you can get practically anything delivered. The concierge staff and building manager really are first class. They are friendly, efficient and considerate. On a personal note, I've been trapped in the flat working from home for nearly a year with an injury. Going down to pick up my mail and have a chat has really helped with the cabin fever so I'm really grateful they were there. That's not in their job description, but that's what separates them from other concierges I've had - they go the extra mile. There have been a few maintenance requirements, but I wouldn't really call them issues. You get these everywhere, it's unavoidable. What sets One Eighty apart is there's an app where you can report things and select a convenient time for a resolution. If you need to get things sorted quicker then the management company is very responsive and helpful. Everything I have reported has been dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner. The engineers are quick at identifying issues and fix them quickly too. Overall I'm happy with the service I receive. The main thing is they make my life easier. We're all busy people, so I'm glad I can outsource some of the day-to-day to other people and not have to worry if it is going to be done properly.
