After 2 months moving out of the property we are still waiting for the rental deposit back.

As we are a member of the Tenancy Deposit Custodial Scheme we comply with the process and timeframes that are in place for the deposit return at the end of the tenancy. We do not hold the deposit funds directly. We understand there was a delay with the funds coming to you directly from the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and have been in touch with them to ensure this was resolved promptly.
