GoogleI've had a difficult time finding a flat, but the team at Nicolas Van Patrick was able to fix that so quickly and efficiently. Alice was an amazing support and very responsive. She was able to easily help me secure my flat. All Team members are very warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend for your next home!!

GoogleSiân in the office is soo efficient and really up to date on new tax policies. She always make sure I get my rent on time and as a Landlord gives me great peace of mind knowing my properties are in such amazing competent hands.

GoogleWendy , from Nicolas Van Patrick, the managing agents who are taking care of our building in Cornwall Gardens , Kensington, has been untiringly helpful and proactive from the start.She has helped alert us to problems of leakage, supervised the remedial work, insurance etc very competently. Always ready to spring into action to help, l cannot recommend her highly enough.

GoogleI have had the best experience with NVP over the 4 years I lived in one of their managed properties. No matter who from the team you speak to, you will be in great hands. Kerry & Jenny have always made sure I felt comfortable and were extremely responsive and helpful. If I ever move back to London, there is only one agency I would go back to. I cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleDo not use property management service. Hannah Roberts from the company instructs various builders, cleaners to consistently trespass onto neighbouring properties, including ours, to clean and repair the building Nicolas Van Patrick is "managing." They have damaged our property and illegally trespassed on numerous occasions. They lack the common sense of even providing water to a cleaner, who then has to trespass onto other properties to find a water tap that actually works. Nicolas Van Patrick is completely unprofessional.

I believe that Hannah Robert’s has called you directly to address this matter and I will ring you this morning to discuss any grievances you may have. We take a lot of pride the service we provide and will be speaking to the contractors in person.

GoogleWe worked remotely from Canada with Nic and Patrick, Gemma, Alice, and Louisa to sell our Knightsbridge based property and we would certainly recommend NVP for their excellent market knowledge and service. All of them were very helpful, responsive, and great at communicating, despite our difference in time zones. Their international connections are a plus, they are client-focussed, and always determined to move the deal forward. Everyone on the team was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

GooglePatrick, Nick and Gemma are a great team and worked seamlessly in both presenting the property and keeping me informed. They are very ably supported by Louisa. They are very knowledgeable of their patch and seem to have a good feel for the market dynamics. I would also note their foreign language skills and they appeared to be able to chat professionally with potential buyers from anywhere in the world. I’ve no hesitation in recommending NvP

GoogleAfter being a customer for a month now, I can say I'm really happy about the service and the support I've got from Nicola Van Patrick. GoogleEmbarrassing behavior from this agency. The agent had assured us that he would deliver all offers for an apartment to the landlord by a date; instead the agency accepted the first offer they received and canceled the visits with a few hours notice. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend.
Dear Mr Bond - as one of the owners of the business i take every review very seriously. Unfortunately, in this particular instance the offer which is already above the asking price came from someone in the building without them even needing to see the flat. By law we are obliged to put all offers up to our clients and in this instance the landlord accepted the offer rather than being greedy and trying to get more money. As soon as the offer was accepted the negotiator in our office notified all interested parties who like you were also hoping to view it today. If we can help secure you another property we’d be delighted to help. Also if you’d like to speak to me directly re your grievance feel free to call me in 020 75818277.
