We have recently rented and moved into a studio flat managed by Next Step Estates and their service was really good. From the very beginning, our agent Nilshan was incredibly understanding, responsive, and efficient. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free for us, always ready to answer any questions and guide us through every step. We are very much satisfied with the service provided by Next Step Estates and truly appreciate the excellent customer care. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency!

I have recently rented out my property through Next Step Estates. As a first time landlord I relied on a rental agent's expertise and I was pleased to choose Next Step over other high street agents. Asad provided guidance and helped me get my property ready to rent efficiently within the agreed time. He was responsive to texts and resolved things quickly. He was passionate about his business and a pleasure to work with. My property was let within a week after the ad went out. Good quality pictures and a video clip portraited my property in a very positive position. Asad conducted all property viewings himself so that he had a chance to screen the prospective tenants. I definitely would recommend Next Step Estates.

I cannot recommend Next Step Estates highly enough. I enlisted Asad’s help after getting into a very tricky situation with a tenant and he has made what could have been a highly stressful situation much easier for me. His clear, calm, professional approach and step by step guidance has been an absolute Godsend. Thank you so much Asad and the team!

Asad and his team were amazing start to finish. It can be a very stressful time moving home and even just searching for the right property but Asad made the experience very easy and stress free. From the first contact I had with Asad it took just 10days to find a suitable property, complete referencing and move in to my new home. The whole team are extremely efficient and always get back to me with any queries immediately. They are all extremely professional and friendly. By far the best agents I have ever come across and will likely be the only one I use in the future. A*!

Next Step, Asad and his team... Absolute gems! From start to finish, Asad especially, offered a professional, passionate and enthusiastic approach to the sale of my late father's home. Always at the other end of the phone, whether it be through phone calls, emails or even WhatsApp which was a preference of mine as I tend to ignore my emails (too much junk) with updates on viewings and feelings of those who had viewed. Asad and his team promptly found us a buyer and it wasn't long before a mortgage offer was on the table and solicitors details exchanged. Asad kept in close contact with both myself and the buyer as the sale went through, which was a little more complicated than most as there was a lease extension involved, but it all went through leaving us all very happy. If you're selling, definitely give Next Step a call and ask for Asad. You won't be disappointed. Five stars and five thumbs up from us 🙂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍👍👍👍👍

Very pleased with the service we received from Next Steps. Asad and Shanuga are brilliant, professional and efficient. The process to rent house went smoothly. Slight issue with the property when we moved in but they are very responsive to get this sorted with our landlord.

I have been in contact with the staff at Next Step Estates for over six months now regarding the unacceptable and antisocial behaviour of their tenants. Though they are quick to glad-hand responses about what they intend to do, nothing changes. Their tenants play loud music at all hours and openly smoke drugs yet the landlord/agent do nothing to act - despite admitting the tenants are in breach of their agreement. I'm in the process of commencing civil action against the tenants themselves but expect no support at all from the agent - who only seems to be interested in collecting commissions.

We have recently purchased a house through Nilshan at Next Step and were delighted with the service. We managed to complete within 6 weeks of offer acceptance which was mostly a result of the great communications that Next Step maintained with both ourselves and the seller. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I recently purchased through Next Step Estates and want to thank Asad for going the extra mile during the process with his help. From having a plumber inspect the property to chasing the solicitors and building managers for updates, I was provided with regular updates and peace of mind at an anxious time. Thanks

Asad, and the team at Next Steps, made the whole (tiresome) process of moving house so smooth and simple. They were quick to arrange viewings and did them in a safe manner. The communication was very good, Asad was responsive and managed the agreement between myself and the landlord well. Lastly the referencing, paperwork and move in were all above expectations. Great agency, would definitely go through the process with them again and recommend!PositiveProfessionalism

Next Step Estate Agents..."the one stop shop for your property affairs" Asad and the Next Step Team for over a 5 year period have continuously provided us with a successful and highly professional service. From finding reliable tenants to the quick turnaround in the completion of our property purchase, not forgetting the proactivity in arranging the provision of insurance cover for us. I can attest to Next Steps as a fully supportive, one stop shop providing us an invaluable wing to wing property purchase and management service. I would highly recommend Next Steps and would continue to utilise their services whenever required. As I last mentioned to Asad, “I have peace of mind knowing that I can turn to Next Step at anytime to manage, support and advise me through my property affairs”. I would like to say a big thank you to Asad and the Next Step Team for such an excellent customer service! Harriet & Robert
