GoogleNext Door Properties asked my son to sign a tenancy agreement that had been drafted by the landlord for a rental property. The tenancy agreement contained some unlawful provisions that attempted to dodge the TDS and the Housing Act 1988 protections. Next Door did ask the landlord to change the agreement once I brought this to their attention, but he refused. Please have tenancy agreements checked by your own solicitor before signing.

GoogleAbsolute dream of a moving in process with Omar, had tight time constraints and it was all sorted professionally with ease giving us peace of mind. After renting in London for a while it’s usually a nightmare, but this has truly been the best experience. He’s always a phone call away, even after moving in - Thank you!

GoogleA brilliant service, with such ease. Omar went beyond the call of duty to give me a quick easy service. So grateful to have used them.

GoogleOmar is helpful and responds very quickly, thoroughly recommended.

GoogleProfessional approach with a personal touch. Jon and Omar impressed with their want to find the right person for my property as opposed to simply finding a person to occupy the space. I was informed at all steps of the process and felt confident that the person assigned to my property would be right for me. Extremely pleased with tenants and on-going support. With another property will come another assignment to Next Door Properties.

GoogleMoved in just before Christmas & have just got my internet sorted, wanted to write a review about my experience with Next Door Properties. I couldn't be happier, particularly with the service I received from Victoria & Syed. I have used bigger agents in the past but Next Door Properties have out performed them in every aspect. I would highly recommend. Extremely happy with their service great start to the new year.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Syed, Omar and John. They treated myself and partner with genuine care and thoughtfulness. We have rented many properties over the years and without doubt they did there absolute best to help us get into the properly as soon as possible unlike other real estates agents who took our details to return a call that never came! I really can't recommend these guys enough!

GoogleI don't even know where to start, they've been really awesome and cool! Its when we thought there's no hope for us to finding a new home that they pop up and been our hope since the day we met them. They've been a great help until the day we moved in, everything's been taken cared of and I just think that's wonderful! Thank you guys for everything! Cheers!

GoogleTo Jon and Omar at Next Door Properties, thank you so much for the amazing service. I was moved in within two weeks, and though it was personally a stressful move, the guys at the agency made the process so much more bareable and positive by being honest about the process, very friendly, and patient to answer any queries that I had at any time. Highly recommended!

GoogleIve used probably 12 / 15 Agents over 12 year period and I have to say Nextdoor Properties are definitely my favourite. They have been the most professional Agents I've used. They have found me tenants quicker than anyone else and have always been professional and fair. I would definitely recommend using them and as a Landlord I have to say their services have been excellent!
