My London Home team were friendly, laid back and helpful in arranging viewings and negotiating rent, etc. A few problems after I moved in and initially these weren't really getting dealt with. Emily, from our property management team, ensured that the appropriate work was agreed with the landlord and that a contractor came out as soon as possible as to minimise the inconvenience we experienced. She also arranged a follow up inspection in a timely fashion.

My London Home simply could not have been better.Not only did they sell my property very quickly, their customer service was excellent. They were professional throughout. They could not have done more to keep me informed about the process, and they were proactive to ensure that any issues were dealt with way before they became problems.

I found Rebecca and Honour to be very proficient, professional and friendly throughout the process of helping us find a new residence. We had a very small turnaround due to flooding in our previous flat so having someone that could work with us and understand our requirements made the process a lot easier (and less stressful!)

GoogleI only have a few months co-operation with my new property management team at MyLondonHome. So far, everyone in the group are very friendly and helpful. We've had problems with the tenants but all were overcome with the help of Molly's group and the accounts department. I hope that this co-operation continues for mutual benefit.

He's great at keeping me informed of upcoming viewings, as well as immediate feedback once they've happened and his customer care far surpasses any other agents. Extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. My process of selling and buying was made simple, with a lot of support and information. Unlike other companies my phone calls and emails were dealt with very promptly but at the same time I didn't feel pressured, also my requests were acknowledged and respected.I'd highly recommend MyLondonHome.
