We bought an auction property outside of the auction process so it was a more complicated transaction but Marino (member of the McHugh team) worked with us daily to help get it across the line - couldn’t have asked him for a better service and the end result is both ourselves (buyers) and seller are very happy. GoogleI only give two stars for the good range of properties, this company is one of the worst for advertising auction properties at a price well below market value just to attract interest, then hit the unsuspecting buyer with very high fees, typically 2.75 percent of the purchase price, BEWARE ! read the small print.

GoogleArrogant, rude, bored to be taking the call. I spoke to 3 different men, I asked for their names. They were all as rude and unhelpful as each other.

Awful company. Extending time of an auction by 30min near the end??!! Thought auction was and auction, and hammer goes down, that’s it. Oh no. They extend by 30min. Won’t be using this company again.

Beware, I bought a piece of land worth around £1000 from this auction and had to pay the seller's solicitors fee of around £5000. Beware, read the small terms and conditions and of the sellers called London & Capital Housing Ltd.
