Great company to deal with. Harry Edmonds was exceptionally helpful throughout the process of leasing an apartment with Martin & Co. The photos & videos of the property were all well presented and accurate. All calls and emails were answered very quickly and Harry went above and beyond to ensure the process was as stress-free as possible - particularly as an Aussie not being familiar with this in the UK. All in all, very professional service and would definitely recommend leasing through Martin & Co, especially Harry Edmonds.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Chanade Patrick was brilliant; extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Knowing my budget and requirements she sent me a video and quickly organised a viewing for a flat that was just perfect for me. There were few delays finishing up the paperwork but Chanade kept me updated and went the extra mile to ensure that I rented the flat; within less than two weeks I was already moving in. I would highly recommend Martin & Co Chelsea.

Since the very first contact with Martin & Co Chelsea, The Agent engaged with me, making me feel supported and assisted during the whole process of acquiring my living space. Today, once the process has concluded, have to thank Karen & Simon, for their incredible patience, professionalism and support given to me. There are no words to express my satisfaction after working with such a professional and experienced team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have just managed to sell a property through Martin & Co at Chelsea, despite the very difficult times plus a very difficult purchaser. However, throughout all the complications, Simon Stilwell was most professional, he communicated well & was always available to talk to or through email. Simon kept me up to date with all the various issues and situations that occurred and helped with so many different aspects of the sale that I really felt supported. I definitely chose the best Estate Agents and cannot recommend them highly enough. The property was also at the time let through their lettings division, who were also very helpful and professional at all times.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My first time using Martin and co and I can't thank them enough. Selling during a pandemic to a buyer on a chain was never going to be easy but Simon Stilwell made the whole process bearable and kept me, my two business partners and our buyer on the know throughout the whole process and was always very responsive. Simon is the most honest agent I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend him and his team.

My Family and I had a very quick move and the team at Martin & Co got us into our new flat within days of finding our new flat. The team at Martin & Co were incredibly helpful and made finding our new home an enjoyable experience. Ms.Delphine Violle was really responsive and a pleasure to deal with. With regards to the maintenance I dealt with a brilliant intelligent responsible lady Ms. Rodica Sovar and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding manner in which she provided immediate support. Her unique abilities, coupled with her superb attitude and professionalism enabled us to have a quiet and smooth on going stay. Thanks again for all your help and hopefully get to deal with you in the future.

We have known Martin & Co Chelsea for a number of years now. In that time, the Team has provided a very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Nikki, the Corporate Services Manager, in the Corporate Services team has been absolutely wonderful in dealing with our queries and following up regularly. Delphine, has been very helpful in the Lettings team finding us good trouble free tenants. Michael the Business Owner leads from the front and is very accessible and helpful. All in all, Martin & Co Chelsea is a great team and a joy to have on your side.

We cannot recommend Martin & Co, Chelsea enough. They achieved an offer above our expectations, other agents valuing the flat lower probably to achieve a quick sale. We completed in May despite the Covid lockdown. Throughout the whole process Simon kept all parties in touch with each other, always ringing us with an update each Friday. Although Simon was our primary contact, his colleagues Karen and Harry were also up to speed with developments. Brilliant *******

A big thank you to Abigail for her invaluable help during my search for accommodation in London. I signed my contract three days before starting my new job in the UK, coming from Paris. She is very calm, attentive, empathetic, highly professional, and responsive. She knew how to reassure me during the most stressful moments. Thank you so much for everything.

Martin & Co Chelsea has been more than helpful for my property search, and they have offered excellent support during the referencing steps before signing the contract. Gemma found all the best solutions to fulfill our needs and make the move into the flat run smoothly, and once we entered the property Rodica gave us a great support to set up all the electricity, gas, internet etc. So far, it has been one of my best experience with renting flats in the UK. Thank you very much.

We have recently exchanged on my uncle's house and have found Martin & Co to be brilliant throughout the sales process - they were very honest in their initial appraisal, kept us up to date with all viewings and feedback, really chivvied along the solicitors to ensure a speedy sale and, of utmost importance to us, was their sensitivity of the fact that we were selling a much loved home that had been in our family for over 75 years. I would have no hesitation recommending Martin & Co, especially Simon and Joe.
